What we do

We solve business problems with software.

We learn how your operation works, find what is worth improving, and build the right solution, whether that means custom software, integrations, automation, or AI.

What you get out of it

Every project has to pay for itself

Software is worth building when it does one of four things. If a piece of work does not clearly land in one of these, we will say so rather than build it.

Make money

Sell more of what you already do, win more of what you quote, and take on work you had to turn down.

  • Quotes out the same day instead of next week
  • More jobs through the same crew
  • Customers who can buy or book without waiting on you
  • A service you could not offer by hand

Save money

Spend your resources where they really matter, not on the work software can already do.

  • Hours of retyping gone every week
  • Fewer errors that cost a rerun or a refund
  • Evenings that were really catching up on paperwork
  • Tools you stop needing once the work moves

Reduce risk

The things that quietly cost you: an order missed, a follow-up forgotten, a count that was wrong, a process that lives in one person's memory.

  • Nothing dropped when somebody is out
  • Follow-ups that happen without being remembered
  • What was agreed, in writing, findable later
  • A process that survives the person who invented it

Make work better

Less of the work nobody wants to do, an easier experience for your customers, and a clear view of what is going on.

  • The tedious part of the day, handled
  • Customers checking status without phoning
  • One set of numbers everyone trusts
  • Fewer arguments about which version is current

How we get there

The methods, not a menu

These are the ways the work actually gets done. You do not need to know which one you need, and it is often more than one of them.

Custom business software

Off-the-shelf software gets a business most of the way and then stops. The last stretch turns into spreadsheets, sticky notes, and one person who knows the workaround. We build the part that does not exist yet: the internal application, the workflow tool, the thing your operation actually runs on.

  • An internal tool that replaces a tangle of spreadsheets
  • A quoting or job-tracking system built to your rules
  • A field or warehouse app your team uses on a phone
  • A replacement for software you have outgrown

Websites, ecommerce, and portals

A website is not a brochure once customers can do something on it. We build sites that sell, and portals where a customer can check status, download a document, approve a quote, or pay an invoice without tying up your front desk.

  • A customer portal for status, documents, and invoices
  • An ecommerce store connected to your real inventory
  • A marketing site that is fast and easy to update
  • A booking or request flow that feeds your systems directly

Automation

Most operations do not break, they drag. A little copying here, a recurring report there, a handoff that waits on somebody remembering. It never shows up as a line item, but it absolutely shows up in your capacity. We find where the hours go and take that work off people.

  • Data entry between two systems, removed
  • A weekly report that took most of a day, generated on schedule
  • Approvals and handoffs that move themselves
  • Recurring tasks that run on a schedule, not on memory

Integrations

Every tool you add is another island, and your team becomes the bridge between them. We connect what you run on so a record is entered once and shows up everywhere it needs to, and so your numbers stop disagreeing depending on which screen you check.

  • Accounting and CRM kept in sync automatically
  • Online orders flowing into operations without re-entry
  • A custom bridge where no off-the-shelf connector exists
  • Payroll, scheduling, or inventory talking to each other at last

Improving existing software

Inherited software is normal. So is software that half works, that nobody has touched in years, or whose original developer is long gone. We can take it over: stabilize it, extend it, document it, and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.

  • An aging system stabilized and brought up to date
  • New features added to software you already own
  • A handover when the original developer is gone
  • An honest assessment of repair versus replace

Dashboards and reporting

When the numbers live in five places, nobody trusts any of them, and decisions get made on gut feel. We pull the real data together into reporting your team checks instead of rebuilds, and that reflects the business as it is today.

  • A single dashboard fed by the tools you already use
  • Reports that build themselves instead of being assembled by hand
  • Operational numbers everyone agrees on
  • Alerts when something is off, before a customer tells you

AI-assisted workflows

AI is a tool in the box, not the product. It is genuinely useful at a few specific jobs: reading a document and pulling out the fields that matter, sorting incoming messages, producing a first draft a person reviews. We use it at those steps and use ordinary software everywhere else, because that is usually cheaper and more reliable.

  • Documents read and their key fields extracted
  • Incoming requests sorted and routed to the right person
  • A first draft prepared for a person to review and send
  • Long records summarised so a human can decide faster

Ongoing support and maintenance

Software is not finished when it ships. Things change, vendors update, businesses grow. We stay reachable, keep what we built running, and take on the improvements as they come up, so there is somebody who owns it.

  • A standing queue for changes and improvements
  • Monitoring, backups, and updates handled
  • A real person to call when something breaks
  • Someone who owns the software nobody currently owns

Not sure which one you need

That is genuinely fine

Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you what it needs, including when the honest answer is that it needs less than you thought.

Looking for a system, not a project

We also have our own platform

If you do not have a business system yet, or you have outgrown the one you have, Padrino is our own platform covering CRM, jobs, inventory, invoicing, and projects in one place.

Not sure where to start

Walk us through your operation.

Show us the software you use, the spreadsheets your team relies on, the repetitive work, the things customers complain about, and the processes everyone has learned to live with. We will help identify where technology could make a real difference.

No project required. No software pitch. If we find nothing worth doing, we will tell you that.
